I am often asked what I do. The best way that I can explain this is by asking a question. What is the activity in your business that causes the most headaches, takes the most time and makes the least money?  These are the problems that I solve using out of the box solutions and off the shelf technology.  I have a really simple way of calculating what the budget for these solutions should be and how long it will take to get a return on your investment.

For the past 20 years I have worked in the technology sector across a range of industries including Defence, Private Industry, Government and Tourism. For the last few years I have had a strong focus on Tourism and Visitor Information Centres.
